Riders bag was flooded by rain and all the food was soaking wet, ordered 30€ worth and only got refunded 6.55 - absolute joke.

Everything was cold, and the drink completely spilled over therefore everything was wet! And thuisbezorgd also didn’t really help out….

Couriers normally use a backpack, but this courier carried the items by hand without a bag. The food and drinks were dropped, and the spilled drinks made the food wet. We’re sorry for this inconvenience.
